The Wilcacocha lagoon is very close to Huaraz and offers a magnificent view of the Cordillera Blanca.

Travel Information

From Huaraz, go south on Route 3 N to the gas plant, about 5 km, and cross the river on a bridge. The road is signposted. You can camp there.
