Very easy, just drive on the coast and there will be a sign. take the road with the car (go slowly because its not a proper road). if someone drives in front of you, you might have to reverse all the way...
walk down the path and stop wherever you like to take the shot you want. it takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach but longer to climb back - thats why if you plan to shoot the sunset, take into account that you'll have to climb in the dark so bring a headlamp and be careful because its very slippery.
