Photography Tips

This spot is actually out of bounds in the total exclusion area of the national park, I didn't realise (I thought the signs meant no vehicles, my Portuguese isn't that good) the signs have been updated now. You could get similar views in the area, maybe from the Homem waterfall marked nearby.

Travel Information

Parking is only allowed at the border gate Portela do Homem area. Walk along the road to the waterfall, or along the Roman road track marked at the parking area.
