This is a viewpoint on top of an triumphal arch, with 360º view of Lisbon. It's not free to go up, but it's cheap compared to the view you can have from above.

Photography Tips

You can't place a tripod. They require an authorization from Lisbon's Tourism Center.
A good timing to be there is for example during christmas time, because then the city hangs up beautiful falling star lights down the streets, which offer a great theme for photography.

Travel Information

There's parking spot nearby, but not for free. You can take a bus, tram and metro with a 5/10 minutes walk.

Oh, that's a great spot Alexandre, thanks for sharing it with us. You know when they add these falling star lights to the streets? It's during christmas time? Would be awesome if you know that if you could add that to your description because that's a pretty cool theme!!

You won't regret it! This picture was taken to the rear of the viewpoint. In the front there's one of the most famous plazas in Lisbon and more breathtaking views.
