Great spot to take photos of Lisbon from the other side of the river. Nowadays the area is quite touristic and therefore feels much safer than it did a few years ago.

Perfect timing is probably during sunset with sun behind the beautiful bridge.

You need to park in the upper town and either take the elevator down or the stairs that will come out right next to the Ponto Final restaurant.
