This 18th century fountain has been beautifully decorated with the iconic Portuguese azulejos tiles. Halfway between Lisbon and Cascais it almost seems forgotten, but is a beautiful place to take photographs

You can park in the nearby Paço de Arcos town a bit further down the river (if you come from Lisbon). Paço de Arcos also has a train stop on the Lisbon-Cascais line.
