This ship is located on the road to Lake Baikal. It is a restaurant for the locals with lots of the locals sun baking all round the spot. It was a beautiful sunny day but although a couple went in for a swim the water was very cold

Sorry to say but the location is not correct, at least in May 2019 the icebreaker "Angara" was located here: https://goo.gl/maps/keHf482mXXa9fC9NA That's what I saw a few weeks ago and also what google maps tells us about the place :-)
