The entire area of St Petersburg around Nevsky Prospekt is phenomenal for photography! The mood and atmosphere there are amazing, and you can find lots of unique compositions!

Photography Tips

I took this photo in the early morning as there are much less people on the streets.

As for the gear, I used the Sony a7rii and the 16-35mm lens. It's important to be on a tripod as you really need to make sure you are getting sharp high quality files.

Travel Information

The nearest metro station is Nevsky prospekt, then just walk for 2 minutes towards the famous Singer building and just around it you will see this church.
