Russian Federation Bogoslovka
“Bogoslovka Estate” is an ethnographic park with a unique concept: it features reconstructed masterpieces of wooden architecture from Northern Russia. The reserve is located just 5 km from Saint Petersburg, on the picturesque banks of the Neva and Chyornaya Rivers in the Vsevolozhsky District of the Leningrad Region.
In the mid-18th century, this area was known as the Bogoslovskaya Mysa. In 1747, Empress Elizabeth I gifted it to the imperial confessor, Father Fyodor Dubyansky. At his request, a large house was built on the estate, surrounded by a park laid out in the English style.
