This is a ocean trench formed by lava is fed from water from the sea. There is a 30 metre ladder down to the pool for a unique swimming experience

Photography Tips

I had to bracket this shot using a tripod then merging them in HDR in Lightroom as the water is so dark and the rest of the image so light

Travel Information

There is a cost of about US$7.70 to enter as this is on peoples property. Plenty of parking and about 1 hours drive from Apia
