Seychelles Anse Volbert
Anse Volbert, also called Côte d'Or Beach, is one of the most beautiful and famous beaches on Praslin Island in Seychelles. It has very soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and a calm sea.
Photography Tips
Golden hour, especially sunset, is gorgeous there. Make sure to arrive a bit early to scout angles. To get tortoises, you need to check with the hotel Les Villas d'Or if they had babies. In June, their two resident turtles had some and released them on the beach.
Travel Information
To get to Anse Volbert on Praslin Island, travel from Praslin Airport or Baie Ste. Anne Jetty by taxi, rental car, or local bus. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes from the airport and around 10 minutes from the jetty. Follow the main road towards Côte d'Or, where Anse Volbert is located.
