Seychelles Mouse islet

Mouse Islet is a small granite island located off the north coast of Mahé Island in the Seychelles. Nobody lives on it but it's a nice spot for snorkeling ! You can see it from Anse Royale.

Photography Tips

Come early in the morning to get the sunrise and soft light. You can lower the camera to the water (be careful) to get more depth with the waves.

Travel Information

To get to Mouse Islet, drive to Anse Royale Beach on Mahé, it takes around 30minutes by car. You can park at Anse Royale or the parking next to it. As of 2026, it's free.
