Anse Major Trail is one of the most popular hiking trails on Mahé Island in the Seychelles. The trail follows the coastline and offers beautiful views of the turquoise ocean, granite rocks, and tropical vegetation. At the end of the hike, you arrive at Anse Major Beach.

Check local drone regulations first. You might need to obtain a permit from the local authorities. Look out for sunset as the colors will be the best !

Travel Information

To get to Anse Major Viewpoint by car, drive to the end of Bel Ombre Road on Mahé Island. There is a parking area near the start of the Anse Major hiking trail. From there, you must walk along the trail for about 30 to 45 minutes to reach the viewpoint. You can fly from the viewpoint.
