A viewing platform on top of the Casino, Hotel, Shopping centre at Marina Bay Sands, entrance is paid, no tripods allowed, stunning views. There is a part of the balcony on the left that is on a second level that allows for unobstructed views.

Photography Tips

Having some sort of a Joby gorilla pod or Mantispod would be highly recommended as tripods are not allowed. Even though the glass seems to be attached in a solid way I had a hard time getting long exposures (above 15s) to be sharp so I wouldn't recommend doing any long exposures.
