Slovakia (Slovak Republic) Three Crowns
The photo shows the Three Crowns mountain range on the Polish side, captured from the Slovak side of the border—a simple explanation for a spot located right on the frontier. The ideal time to shoot is either just after sunrise or right before sunset. Without a doubt, late summer and autumn are the most stunning seasons in the Pieniny National Park.
Photography Tips
A standard lens with a focal length of 20mm or wider is all you need.
Travel Information
The ideal times for shooting are morning and evening. To get to the pond, you can either start from Červený Kláštor or turn towards Lechnica—just take a right at the end of the street where the first houses end. From there, the pond is only a few meters from the parking spot.
