Piran is a very pretty city. From this spot, on a pier in the harbour you can photograph the central square in addition to getting the reflection of the buildings in the water.

Photography Tips

Take a tripod and a mid range to wide angle lens. Mornings and evenings are good if the water is still. Long exposure can help to get rid of some of the vehicles and the people in your view.

Travel Information

Parking has to be done in one of 2 parking garages outside the centre. The one on my map is the easiest. Park your car and take the free shuttle into town. it stops about 100m from this photo spot.
