Slovenia View from Razgledni stolp Plač
Plač observation tower (or "Razgledni stolp Plač" in Slovenian) is an observation tower just beyond the Austrian-Slovenian border. The viewing platform is located at a height of 22.5 m and can be reached after climbing 129 steps, offering a beautiful view over the surrounding area.
Photography Tips
Wide-angle, standard zoom to long telephoto, and a tripod are helpful at this spot. A great time is early morning in autumn, with fog in the valley.

Parking along the road with a short walk. Please be considerate of the adjacent farm with wine tavern in the morning.
