Completed in 1785 it is one of the oldest in Spain. In addition to the bullring there is the rest of medieval Ronda to shoot.

Photography Tips

Good to shoot at any time of year however the contrast between bright sunlight and deep shadow is problematic. Better when light is softer
As it is a small space and of historic importance it is almost impossible to shoot without people, even in mid winter

By car from the main Andalusian cities particularly Malaga where there is an international airport
Busses travel to Ronda from the coastal city of Marbella

It is not at all impossible to have the space without people. My recommendation: Be there at least one hour after opening hours and be the first to enter the arena. The audio guide tour only arrives in the arena after about 20 minutes - until then you have enough time to take photos without people at an early hour.
