Opened 1913 the lighthouse sits on steep cliffs on the north coast of island of Menorca. With no vegetation and just sand and rocks the lighthouse looks like standing on the edge of the world.

Photography Tips

Use a drone to shoot the light with the vast panoramic desertlike landscape. Use a top down to showcase the location close to the cliffs and the color contrast between the blue sea and the sand. If you can and the wind is not to strong make a pano with your drone the capture the entire coast.

Travel Information

Follow the Me-1 from Mahón and in Ciutadella de Menorca turn right on the RC-1 and Cf -5. There is a parking spot about 1km before the lighthouse.
