The easiest way to get it´s to park the car in "Mirador de Los Andenes" and walk for around 5 minutes until you reach "Pared de Roberto", clearly visible on Google Maps. There you have a lot of possible photo spots.

Photography Tips
It´s a very high point...it will be cold even in summer, take several layers and something windproof as it´s usually windy. Stable tripod and if you have a star tracker even better.
Please, remember it´s a place famous for the night sky, be careful with your lights.

Take in mind that, even though there are not too many km to Roque de los Muchachos it´s a horrible road, so it will take you around one hour from "Santa Cruz de la Palma".
