Spain Fervenza Do Toxa
The A Toxa waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Galicia and with its 30-meter-high free fall, it is considered one of the highest. Near the area is also the Carboeiro Monastery, a former Benedictine monastery from the 10th century.
Photography Tips
Despite being a comfortable path, it is advisable to wear trekking shoes and if you go in winter, also a raincoat since the force and flow of water is so strong that it can wet.
Travel Information
From the car park, you will descend approximately 1 km through the valley until you reach the waterfall. The path is very comfortable and is surrounded by lots of vegetation, oaks, chestnuts, cork oaks and abundant ferns.
