Located on the coast of Almería, the English Cable is an impressive industrial structure that offers a unique photo opportunity. This former freight cable, built between 1900 and 1903, stands out for its iron architecture and its imposing silhouette against the blue sky.

Ideal Time: The blue hour (30-40 minutes after sunset), when the sky displays shades of indigo, blue, and violet. The artificial lights of the port and the structure are turned on, creating golden reflections on the water and a magical contrast.

Composition:

Use a wide-angle lens (10-24mm) to capture the full panorama: the English Cable Car, the city skyline.

Include reflections in the water for symmetry. The pillars create natural guiding lines.

Frame with the promenade lights in the foreground for depth.

Equipment:

A tripod is a must for long exposures (ISO 100, f/8-f/11, 2-8 seconds).
