Spain Mirador de la Punta
This place is excellent for a view of the Port of Tazacorte from above. It can be reached relatively easily from LP1. Google maps can be helpful. There is actually a designated spot at Mirador de la Punta, with a protective parapet, but we couldn't get there due to a recent landslide (April 2025) and so we had to settle for a nearby spot. I recommend taking care though as it is no walk in the park to be 1 meter from a very steep drop while the wind is blowing quite hard. Also, if you are afraid of heights, it may not be the best place to take photos.
Photography Tips
You can use any lens, depending on the result you want. I used a tripod because I wasn't very relaxed near the edge of the cliff. You can probably do longer exposures if the wind is more friendly.
