Spain Lagoa de Corregal

The dune and lagoon park ‘Parque natural Dunar de Corrubedo e Lagoas de Carregal e Vixán’ includes a beach landscape, including watt ranges and several lagoons. It is considered an important habitat and breeding ground for 3,000 native birds and a resting place for migratory bird species. The park is the most visited nature park in Galicia.

A closed road leads from the car park as a hiking trail through renaturalised fields and pastures. The destination is this lagoon.
