Spain El Rocío
The most famous and largest national park in Spain is the Parque Nacional de Doñana, southwest of Seville. Its tourist centre is the village of El Rocío, which is the scene of a huge pilgrimage at Whitsun. At Christmas, it is quieter. The village's landmark is the white pilgrimage church, which is reflected in one of the lagoons of the national park.
