Spain Mirador de la Conception

Mirador de la Conception is quite well known and probably appears on Google Maps with a simple search. It is a kind of terrace/parking lot from where you can see most of Santa Cruz de la Palma. It is located at an altitude of about 400 meters and is definitely worth a visit, whether you have a camera or not.

Being a public place, you can go anytime. I took pictures during the day, during the golden hour, during the blue hour and at night. In my opinion, the blue hour is the best time. Since the orientation is to the northeast, probably in the morning you could also get some great pictures, weather permitting, of course.
As tips, I would mention the following: 1. Tripod (even during the day because it is very likely to be cloudy, and a long exposure with the help of an ND filter could give good results); 2. If you go before sunset, keep in mind that this place is quite popular even for locals, so try to arrive 30-45 min earlier. There are not many parking spaces (I don't know if I counted correctly, but I don't think it can fit more than 8 cars); 3. As for lenses, any focal length between 24 and 50mm (full frame) is enough.

The pin on the map is placed correctly, so you can either use the pin as a landmark, or simply search for Mirador de la Conception. Nothing complicated. Get out of the car and you're there :)
