Spain Dalt Vila, Ibiza
Ibiza (Eivissa) is an island located in the Mediterranean Sea. Together with Formentera, it forms part of the Pityusic Islands. Ibiza's history is intertwined with the history of the Mediterranean itself; Phoenicians, Romans, and Arabs, as well as corsairs and other notable figures, have all played a part in its unique past.
In 1999, Ibiza was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in recognition of its monuments and culture. Key sites include the fortified city of Dalt Vila, the Punic Necropolis of Puig des Molins, the Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta, and the Punic and Roman ruins of Ses Païses, among others.
During the 1960s and 1970s, the island became a focal point for hippie culture.

Photography Tips
It is recommended to use a tripod, wait until the ferries to Formentera have departed, and use a wide-angle lens and/or a medium telephoto lens to capture details of the walled medieval city. Sunrise and sunset—or the "blue hour"—are the best times.
Travel Information
Buses run to the capital (Eivissa) from any tourist area or town on the island. If you have a rental car, parking nearby is quite difficult, but you will find a paid car park called "Es Pratet" where you can park without any issues.
