The Lake of Derborence is small. You can easily go around in 2 hours. In October and early November, is a magnificent mirror of the forests that surround it with its brilliant colors.

Photography Tips

I recommend to go around in the morning because in the afternoon the trees are in the shade and the wind destroys the mirror effect.

Travel Information

Easy to go from Conthey, about 50 minutes, by a paved road to the car park near the lake.
