From the "saddle" (Mutschensattel) you look to the back of the Kreuzberge and have a great view beyond the peaks as seen here in the photo. Wonderful hiking area!

Travel Information

There are two ways to get to the spot. Either you take the cable car "Hoher Kasten Talstation" to the Hoher Kasten. Easy hike, approx. 9km and 500 metres in altitude to the spot. Alternatively, start at Pfannenstiel, steep ascent at the beginning, 8,8km easy distance and 780 metres in altitude.
