The Kapellbrücke (literally, Chapel Bridge) is a covered wooden footbridge spanning the River Reuss diagonally in the city of Lucerne in central Switzerland. It is the oldest wooden covered bridge in Europe. View from the Seebrücke and the Rathaussteg.
Photography Tips
This is the view from the east side so the time before noon is the best. Another great timing is at dusk where a longer exposure can give the water that smooth look.

You can easily park at in the parking deck behind the bank. Less than 100 yards from the bridge.
