Switzerland Museggmauer, Lucerne [drone]

This historic site is located at the end of downtown Lucerne in Switzerland. From here you have a great view of the city! Different watch towers along the wall can be seen from far.

It is best to photograph during sunrise to have the light coming from the backround illuminating the scene and creating the golden light in the image. Also, the streets are empty, which is handy when flying a drone in an urban environment. I used the DJI mini 3 Pro, which weights below 250g and was, at the time I took the photo, legal to fly without extra permission. Please check the current state of laws when flying.

It would be best to explore Lucerne on foot since driving or parking your car is tricky. Parking at the marked garage is relatively cheap for Swiss fees. It might be better to park outside the city and take the bus instead. All photogenic locations are close to each other. Therefore exploring the town on foot is the best!
