Switzerland The Grandhotel Giessbach
150 years ago – in 1875 – the Grandhotel Giessbach opened its doors. Designed by architect Horace Edouard Davinet, it quickly became a symbol of alpine elegance. The hotel is visible from Lake Brienz when you take the cruise. But still, there are various vantage points for this hotel.
Photography Tips
Find a spot and compose the hotel on the right side of your frame, and bring in the Alps in the background. On a clear day, the spot is illuminated by the sunshine during sunset.
