Switzerland View of Klimsenkapelle from Chriesiloch

Beautiful church on Mt Pilatus.

You can photograph this little church from the cable car or the top of Mt. Pilatus.

Take the #1 bus from station A at Bahnhofstrasse in Luzern. Exit the train at Kreins. Cross the street and go around the right of the church uphill a little ways, and past the school on the right. You can purchase tickets at the base. First, you will take the small cable car. Get off at the second stop. Then take the gondola up to Pilatus. Sit on the left side as you face downhill. The church is near the top. I took photos going up and down. But the light was best on our way down.

Alternatively, you can take the Cog railroad train up and the cable car down.
