Switzerland Grossmünster terrace

Perched just below the historic Grossmünster church, this elevated terrace offers one of Zürich’s most iconic views. Framing both the Fraumünster and St. Peter's towers, it overlooks the Limmat river and the tiled rooftops of the Altstadt, while the Alps shimmer faintly in the distance on clear days. The best time to shoot is early morning when the façades catch the golden light, and the old town is still quiet. Great for panoramic cityscapes, skyline shots, or golden hour portraits with architectural depth.
