St. Gallen is the most important and largest railway station in the Swiss city of St. Gallen. It is of central importance for eastern Switzerland, as the St. Gallen S-Bahn (suburban railway) is centered around it. Trains from within Switzerland, as well as from Germany and Austria, arrive at the station.
