Tunisia Abu Miswar Mosque, Djerba, Tunisia

The Abu Miswar Mosque is situated on Djerba Island. In 1975, George Lucas examined photographs during a site inspection at this mosque. In the end, the mosque was not included in the film, or at most, it was incorporated as part of certain shots, as some sources suggest. The mosque is open for visitors and is wonderfully positioned along the island's coastline. Due to Djerba's popularity among beachgoers, you may still encounter some tourists in the area.
