Bulla Regia is a Roman archaeological site near Jendouba, Tunisia. The ancient city was part of the Numidian Empire and flourished under Roman rule. The Roman villas in Bulla Regia had underground levels to protect against sandstorms and extreme temperatures. Notable mosaics can be found in houses such as the "Amphitrite." The site includes structures like the Capitol, the Temple of Apollo, well-preserved theaters and the Julia-Memmia Therme. The unique feature of Bulla Regia is its underground houses, including the Maison du Tresor or Maison De La Chasse.

Bring a fast wide angle lens (f2.8 recommended), as there are very beautiful spots in the underground.
