Turkey (Türkiye) Kursunlu Waterfall

Kursunlu Waterfall, nestled in a shaded forest near Antalya, Turkey, offers a peaceful escape with its cascading waters dropping into a turquoise pool surrounded by dense greenery. The moss-covered rocks and overhanging trees give the place a hidden, jungle-like feel. It’s a compact but lush location that feels much more remote than it is.

A tripod is essential here for long exposures to soften the waterfall streams. Early morning or late afternoon gives the best light and helps avoid harsh midday contrast. Polarizing filters help reduce glare and enhance the green tones.

Kursunlu Waterfall is about 20 km from Antalya city center, reachable by car. The entrance requires a small fee, and the site includes walking paths and viewing platforms. Summer can be busy, so visit early to avoid crowds. Wear sturdy shoes; the ground near the water can be slippery. Swimming is not allowed, but you can get close to the water for shots.
