Tripod needed with NISI Night Filter (and Photoshop to remove all traces on the windows).
Edit: To reduce the window glare, try bringing a jacket. Set up your Tripod as close to the window as possible and cover the area around your lens with the jacket or blanket, whatever you have available. Works good.
Note: Achieving the full Burj Khalifa effect is only possible with a fish-eye or similar wide-angle lenses.
