Dubai is always a win for photographers. This spot allows you to get many nice skyscrapers in one shot, including the boats of the harbor.
Photography Tips
You should bring a wide-angle lens. My photo was shot with an 11mm lens on a crop camera.
Turn your aperture to 8 and your ISO low, to 100, to get a clean sharp shop. In bad light conditions, you are going to need a tripod to compensate for the long exposure times.

Travel Information
You can use the public transport to get there on foot. Get out at the Dubai Marina Mall station. The mall probably has its carpark.
