United Kingdom Beetham Tower - Castlefield's View

  • Please log in or sign up for free to see the GPS coordinates & weather for this photo spot
This is the Beethan Tower in Manchester, the tallest building in the city (at the moment of this writing) and visible from any point in the city centre.

This view is from Castlefield, a heritage area with several canals and locks.

Photography Tips

In days with good weather (not very common) you may find a lot of contrast between the sky and the foreground. Also, since the tower is cladded with glass, it can be very reflective and therefore not very visible in the shot with certain types of light.

Either sunrise or sunset are the best moments to photograph it.
