Go at high tide around the 5 to 5.5 meter high tide are best , take some wellies to be able to stay on the shore longer, the tide moves really fast here.

Phone Osea Leisure Park ahead of time to ask permission to use there care park and walk through the caravan site to gain entry to the location. They are very friendly.
