The Minack Theatre is an open-air theatre modelled on the theatres of Ancient Greece and Rome, situated on a headland overlooking Porthcurno Bay, Cornwall, south-west England.

Photography Tips

Even though my photograph was taken during the day, when the shadows were very soft, I find dawn to be the best time of day, with the sun setting towards the ocean. The only problem is that the theater is closed to the public at dawn. It's usually open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM until October 31st. From November 1st to December 31st, it's open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
