Probably the most beautiful airfield in the UK, positioned on the top of rolling hills at the Weest end of the Chalke Valley. Delightful setting; lot of weekend aircraft traffic. Backdrop of the copse aids the shot.

Spend a day there on a sunny weekend. Nice cafe/restaurant. Good walks too. Also consider Gold Hill in Shaftesbury photo (classic Hovis advert) which is 5 miles away.
