What i liked about this spot is the ability to get a nice corner of an old skyscraper with the Chrysler Building in the background.
Photography Tips
This is an HDR as the near building was too dark compared to the Chrysler Building building. Hard part is an hand held HDR so you need to ensure your shutter speed is very high and set the timer so all 3-7 pictures are taken in succession.
