This is a shot from Bar Island Trail.

Bar Island is a little island in front of "Bar Harbor".
When there is low tide, you are able to walk over the water as there is no water at low tide. There is a piece of land which offers a trail so that you can go over. You have a time frame from about 3 hours to return until the water is coming back again.
