You can take good photos of the waterfall from below, if you climb the smaller hill to the top of the waterfall, you can take photos of the valley from above, as well as a small bridge over a spring.

Driving or Train.
There is a car park about 500 m away ("Wanderparkplatz Uracher Wasserfälle", €5 per day), the path from the car park to the waterfall is easy to walk. The path to the top of the waterfall is quite narrow and partly wet and slippery. It is always busy at weekends, but if you leave the path boundaries, you usually still have a good view of the waterfall.
