Kaw Point Park is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parking is free. It is located in Kansas City, Kansas, at the confluence of the Missouri and Kansas Rivers. There is a concrete platform adjacent to the boat ramp, which serves as an excellent perch for a tripod.
