The original post for this spot is from a ledge in front of the Federal Hall on the north/east corner of Wall St. and Broad St. From that location you can get both a shot of the Wall St. sign and the front of the New York Stock Exchange with the flags.

Generally, there should be no problem with this shot. While Wall Street is always crowded, this shot is taken from above street level, so you can avoid the crowds.

Exit either the Broad Street or Wall Street subway stations and head to the north/east corner of Broad Street and Wall Street.
