USA Street art in Miami Wynwood

Wynwood, located in the north of Miami, has become THE trendy district but above all a real open-air museum.
The best graffiti artists in the world leave their mark on its walls. It allows you to get out of the stereotypical image of Miami's glamor and glitz.
In addition to its murals, the district also has hundreds of art galleries, a multitude of restaurants and vintage shops.
15 years ago Wynwood was a real no man's land where no tourist set foot. This old district, inhabited mainly by a Hispanic community, housed mostly dilapidated sheds and disused warehouses.
Wynwood in Miami has become a hotspot for street art.

Photography Tips

The best is to come early in the morning because there is no one in the streets and it is easier to photograph the works.
Be careful, however, because the neighborhood late at night and early in the morning remains quite dangerous (lots of junkies...).
The works are present on many streets and do not hesitate to walk and look because they are everywhere.
On the other hand, avoid taking a photo of certain people who are not sightseeing at these times of the day because it could be very badly seen... Take your photos quickly without dragging more than necessary.

The best way to come is the bus and after to walk in all the district.
